摘　　要：2013年10月3日，华中师范大学（以下简称“华师”）建校110周年校庆，在“校友风采”板块展示中，有诸多为人们熟知的文化名人，如凤凰卫视主持人沈星、艺术家冯巩等，但在他们名字的下面，有一个陌生的人名：李学辉。As a professional contract law attorney, Lixuehui together with some NPC deputies, CPPCC members actively called to establish mechanisms of exchange and reorientation among judges, prosecutors and lawyers by selecting judges from outstanding lawyers periodically. Longtime obligatory duties take a lot of time and effort, but it seems he can do something to improve the rule of law and that is worthy.
