芪榔合剂治疗慢性功能性便秘疗效观察并筛选最佳证型

摘　　要：目的:观察芪榔合剂治疗慢性功能性便秘(CFC)的临床疗效并筛选最佳证型,与麻仁软胶囊作疗效对比观察。方法:本临床研究选择188例CFC患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组100例和对照组88例。治疗组予以芪榔合剂治疗,对照组予以麻仁软胶囊治疗,疗程均为8周。对治疗前后各症状积分及总积分进行比较分析。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.0%;对照组总有效率为71.6%治疗组有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),在症状积分改善方面治疗组也明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:芪榔合剂对于CFC有明显疗效,尤以气阴(血)两虚证型效果显著。Objective：To observe the curative effect of Qi Lang Mixture for treating the chronic functional constipation （CFC ）and screening the optimum syndrome,and make efficacy comparison with Maren soft capsules.Methods：188 CFC patients were randomly di-vided into two groups：the treatment group（n=100）and the control group（n=88）.The treatment group was treated by Qi Lang Mix-ture.The control group was treated with Maren soft capsules.After eight-week treatment,we made a comparison between the two groups u-sing symptom scoring and total scoring of.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%;the total effective rate of the control group was 7 1 .6%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05 ）. Compared with the control group,the symptom score of the treatment group showed significant improvement （P〈0.05 ）.Conclusion：Qi Lang Mixture has significant efficacy for treating chronic functional constipation,especially good at treating the pattern of Qi and Yin （blood）deficiency.
