摘  要:目的探讨胫骨干骨折应用髓内钉和微创固定系统(LISS)内固定治疗效果。方法选取本院胫骨干骨折患者90例,按照随机分配的原则分为髓内钉组和LISS组,每组各45例。比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、负重时间、骨折愈合时间、优良率和并发症发生率。结果髓内钉组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、负重时间均少于LISS组,比较差异有显著性。两组优良率、患者并发症发生率和骨折愈合时间比较差异均无显著性。结论髓内钉和LISS内固定均是治疗胫骨干骨折的良好选择,二者临床疗效相当,但髓内钉内固定治疗在手术创伤和负重时间方面更具优势。Objective To compare the efficacy of intramedullary nailing and less invasive stabilization system(LISS) internal fixation on tibial shaft fractures. Method Clinical records of 90 patients with tibial shaft fractures were reviewed. Of the 90 patients, 45 underwent intramedullary nailing, and 45 underwent LISS internal fixation. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, weight-bearing time, fracture healing time, response rate, and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Result The operation time and weight-bearing time were significantly shorter in the intramedullary nailing group than in the LISS group, and the amount of intraoperative blood loss was significantly less in the intramedullary nailing group than in the LISS group. No significant differences in the response rate, complication rate, and fracture healing time were observed between the two groups. Conclusion Both intramedullary nailing and LISS internal fixation are efficient in treating tibial shaft fractures. Intramedullary nailing can decrease intraoperative blood loss and shorten the operation time and weight-bearing time when compared with LISS internal fixation.
