应用TSRH联合AF内固定系统治疗胸腰段脊柱创伤骨折的临床分析

摘　　要：目的研究应用TSRH联合AF内固定系统治疗胸腰段脊柱创伤性骨折的效果。方法将本院2012年1月至2013年3月收治的70例胸腰段脊柱创伤性骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为A,B两组,各35例。A组患者采用TSRH联合AF内固定系统进行治疗,B组仅采用AF内固定系统进行治疗;比较两组的治疗效果。结果 A组患者由于实施联合手术,手术时间稍长于B组,但术中出血量明显减少,骨折愈合时间快,患者术后神经运动功能恢复好;两组患者术前椎体情况近似,术后,椎体前/后缘高度均有所提高,Cobb角下降,A组患者上述指标的恢复程度明显优于B组,且差异具有显著性(P<0.01);A组患者并发症发生率为5.71%,明显低于B组(20%)。结论 TSRH联合AF内固定系统治疗胸腰段脊柱创伤性骨折患者效果好,患者骨折愈合时间短,神经运动功能恢复快,并发症发生率低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the spinal internal fixation system TSRH joint AF pedicle screw system for the treatment of patients with thoracic lumbar spinal trauma fracture effect. Method The hospital in January 2012 to March 2013 were treated 70 cases of thoracolumbar spinal fracture patients as the research object, randomly divided into A, B groups, 35 cases in each. Patients in group A were treated by TSRH combined with AF fixation system system for treatment, group B only with AF internal fixation system for treatment; therapeutic effect of two groups were compared. Result Group A patients due to the implementation of joint operation, operationtime is slightly longer than those of group B, but the amount of intraoperative bleeding was significantly reduced, fracture healing time,postoperative nerve motor function recovery; two groups of patients with anterior is similar, after the operation, the anterior/posterior heightincreased, Cobb angle decreased, A the index of the degree of recovery of patients was significantly higher than that of B group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）; group A patients the incidence of complications was 5.71%, significantly lower than that in group B（20%）. Conclusion TSRH combined with AF fixation system for thoracolumbar fractures in patients with good therapeutic effect, short healing time of fracture, nerve motor function recovery, the low rate of complications, worthy of clinical application.
