摘  要:介绍了一起220kV电缆终端爆炸事故,应用ANSYS软件建立了应力锥安装时混入微小气泡和导电杂质两种情况的220kV电缆电场分析模型,并进行了静电场仿真分析,通过设备解体和电场仿真结果分析指出,电缆终端安装工艺不良混入气泡或杂质造成电缆终端由局部放电发展成贯穿性放电,最终造成爆炸事故。A 220 kV cable terminal explosion accident has been introduced. 220 kV cable electric field analysis models for mixing with micro air bubble or conducting impurities during stress cone installation have been established by ANSYS software. Electrostatic filed simulation has also been carried out. The accident reason has been obtained by equipment disassembly and electric field simulation. Mixing with bubble or conducting impurities during cable terminal installation induced partial discharging spreading into penetrating discharging, which finally caused explosion accident.
