摘 要:PE隔板在高温下完全灼烧后用(1+4)稀硫酸溶液浸取残渣,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定浸取液中Ni、Co元素含量。选择测定镍、钻的分析谱线分别为231.604、228.615nm。按所选仪器工作条件进行光谱测定,并制作各元素的工作曲线。镍、钻的检出限(3S)分别为0.004、0.002mgm。对2个样品中的2种元素各测定6次,测定值的相对标准偏差在1.21%~5.86%之间。用标准加入法进行回收试验,测得回收率在96.1%~98.1%之间。PE clapboard was completely burned at high temperature, the residue was leached with sulfuric acid(l+4) ICP-AES was applied to the determination of Ni and Co element in the leaching solution. The analytical spectral lines of 231.604, 228.615 rtm were chosen respectively for determination of Ni and Co. Based on the data, working curves were prepared. Detection limits(3 s) of 0.004, 0.002 mg/L were obtained for Ni, Co respectively. Precision was tested by analyzing 2 samples, giving values of RSD's(n =6) in ranges of 1.21%-5.86%. Recovery was tested by standard addition method, giving values of recovery in the range of 96.1%-98.1%.
