摘  要:高低差速床生物质直燃锅炉结合了国内外生物质燃料燃烧先进技术,采用了独特的低倍率内外结合的循环燃烧方式,散装生物质直接入炉燃烧,是一种新型的清洁燃烧技术。它继承了循环流化床的原理,并将燃烧床面分成主床和副床,不仅解决了磨损问题,而且可以借助于综合传热系数与流化速之间的近似线性关系,通过改变副床送风量来调节吸热比和流化速度,使燃料在炉膛内停留时间长,其高低床面的结构具有强烈的播散效果,能够迅速烘干燃烧各种含水量高的低热值燃料,保持稳定运行,另外,生物质实现直燃节省了前期加工成本。着重介绍该种炉型设计思路和结构及发展前景。High low bed biomass direct combustion boiler with the combustion of biomass fuels and advanced technplog using a unique combination of low rate of circulating combustion, bulk biomass directly into the furnace combustion, is a new type of clean combustion technology. It has inherited the principle of circulating fluidized bed, and the bed surface is divided into the main bed and combustion side bed, not only solve the wear problem, but also can be used to approximate liuear relationship between the integrated heat transfer coefficient and flow velocity, by changing the volume of air vice bed to regulate the absorption ratio and flow velocity, the fuel in the hearth and long residence time, height of the bed surfeace structure has strong dissemination effect, can rapidly drying combustion of low calorific value fuel all kinds of high water content, stable operation, in addition, biomass direct combustion saves the implementation cost of processing. This p aper introduces the development prospect of this kind of furnace design and structure.
