国际体育用品核心企业专利技术发展演化特征及对我国的启示——以阿迪达斯公司为例

摘　　要：以德温特专利数据库(DII)为数据源,选取阿迪达斯收录在该数据库的专利技术申请文献为研究对象,并借助大型的文献统计软件Bibexcel和文献可视化软件Citespace,对阿迪达斯公司的专利技术分布以及专利集群的发展路径转变进行分析研究.结果显示:阿迪达斯公司的专利技术创新正处于快速发展阶段,特别是90年代以后专利申请量和参研发明人数量迅速增长,专利申请主要集中在了美国、德国、欧专局和日本,共占据了总量的71.1%,另外在中国的专利申请数量从2001年之后开始迅速增长以占据中国的技术市场.专利技术集群重心以2000年左右为界,专利技术由A大类的运动鞋、服装以及运动器材的聚合材料和设计技术向W,T,S等大类的计算机数据处理、传输技术与运动用品相结合的技术集群转变.此外,阿迪达斯公司研发合作呈现出了非常好的连续性,并且分工明确,合作网络的密度较高,这也极大地提高了专利技术研发的效率和质量.借助对体育用品核心企业阿迪达斯公司的专利技术发展特征分析,对中国体育用品企业的专利技术发展提供一定的启示和情报信息.In this study ,with Derwent patent database （DII） as the data source ,patented technology appli-cation documents of Adidas included in this database for the study have been selected ,and ,with the large literature statistical software Bibexcelland literature visualization software Citespace ,the distribution of patented technology and patent development path of transformation for cluster analysis have also been studied .The results show that Adidas company＇s patented technology innovation is in the stage of rapid de-velopment ,especially after 1990s of patent applications and the rapid grow th of the number of parameters developed inventor .patent applications mainly in the United States ,Germany ,the European Patent Office and Japan ,accounted for a total 71 .1% of the total ,w hile the number of patent applications in China from 2001 began to grow rapidly to occupy China＇s technology market .Patented technology cluster around the center of gravity for the sector in 2000 ,patented technology from A category of athletic footwear ,apparel and sports equipment polymeric materials and design techniques to W ,T ,S and other categories of com-puter data processing ,transmission technology and sports requisites combining technology cluster chan-ges .In addition ,cooperation of Adidas presents a very good continuity and clear division of labor ,cooper-ation networks higher density ,which greatly improves the efficiency of research and development of pro-prietary technology and quality .With this study ,through the patented technology characteristics of the core business of sports goods company Adidas to provide some inspiration and intelligence information for the Chinese sporting goods company＇s patented technology .
