摘　　要：针对组织机构代码管理中的若干安全问题,分析了CA认证的重要性,提出了基于CA安全技术的解决方案:采用数字加密技术保证数据的传输安全;采用数字签名技术进行身份认证;应用CA证书进行用户系统登陆的身份识别。通过建模和存储用户身份的数字证书及私钥文件的UsbKey,实现操作方便、响应迅速的代码网上业务。The importance of CA certification is analyzed and solutions based on CA security technology are proposed pointing to several safety problems in organization code management： using digital encryption technology to ensure data transmission security： using CA digital signature to conduct identity recognition, using CA certificate to conduct users＂ identity recognition for system landing. Convenient and last responding code online business operation is realized through digital certificate＇s modeling and storage of user identity, as well as private key file UsbKey.
