摘 要:针对中小流域洪水分析资料相对匮乏等情况,应用GIS技术,以数字高程模型(DEM)为基础,结合历史洪水调查水位资料,绘制典型洪水淹没范围和水深分布图。以大连市复州河为例,绘制了2012年台风"达维"暴雨洪水淹没图,得到洪水淹没水深的空间分布状况,为洪灾损失评估和洪灾风险评价提供数据基础,为流域洪灾预案编制、土地利用规划提供技术依据。Regarding to the relative scarcity of data for medium and small rivers and so on ,GIS technology was applied , combining the digital elevation model (DEM ) and historical records of flood water level ,to draw the distribution map of flood inundated areas and water depths .Taking Fuzhou River in Dalian as an example ,the map of flood inundated areas of Typhoon“DAMREY”in 2012 was developed ,and the spatial distribution of flood depths was obtained .These findings provide data basis for flood damage and risk assessment and also give technical support for flood disaster emergency planning and landscape planning .
