摘　　要：新形势下航海院校全面提高学生的职业能力和素养，培养出受企业欢迎的学生是我国从海员大国转变为海员强国的需要，也是学校自身生存和发展的要求。文章探讨了受企业欢迎的毕业生必须具备的素质和航海院校在实践中多种有效的教学方法，为培养能参与国际竞争的航海专业技能人才提供保证。Navigation colleges and universities should cultivate students with good professional ability and quality under the new situation, which is not only a need for China transforming from a country with many seafarers to a country with great maritime power, but also a need for their own survival and development requirement. The paper discusses what qualities the popular graduates among enterprises should have and the effective teaching methods used by navigation colleges and universities to cultivate this kind of graduates,which can provide a guarantee for cultivating professional seafarers that can participate in international comnetition.
