摘　　要：目的比较藏药二十五味珊瑚丸与常规抗癫痫药物(AEDs)治疗复杂部分性癫痫的疗效。方法将2013年4月—2013年12月就诊的112例复杂部分性癫痫患者按就诊的先后顺序随机分为二十五味珊瑚丸组(治疗组)和常规AEDs组(对照组)。治疗组单纯口服藏药二十五味珊瑚丸治疗,每次4丸(1g),每日1次;对照组采用西医规范化AEDs治疗,两组均治疗1个月为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察治疗效果。结果二十五味珊瑚丸组总有效率为91.07%,对照组总有效率为67.86%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二十五味珊瑚丸对复杂部分性癫痫有良好的治疗作用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of twenty-five ingredient coral pill in the treatment of complex partial epilepsy compared with the regular antiepileptic drug （AEDs）.Methods From April 2013 to De-cember 2013 ,112 cases of patients with complex partial epilepsy were randomly divided into twenty-five ingredient coral pill group（treatment group）and routine taking AEDs group （control group）.The patients in the treatment group used twenty-five ingredient coral pill and the patients in control group used AEDs to treat complex partial epilepsy.The effect was evaluated after 2 months.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 91.07%and that of control group was 67.86%.There was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05） .Con-clusion Twenty-five ingredient coral pill has a good therapeutic effect on complex partial epilepsy.
