半导体激光治疗仪联合复方七叶皂苷钠治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察半导体激光治疗仪联合复方七叶皂苷钠治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效。方法将186例类风湿关节炎患者分为两组,治疗组与对照组各93例。治疗组使用半导体激光治疗仪照射联合复方七叶皂苷钠(欧莱凝胶)涂抹患处治疗,对照组仅使用半导体激光治疗仪照射患处治疗。治疗1周后观察治疗前后晨僵时间、关节压痛指数、关节肿胀指数以及血沉(ESR)和C反应蛋白(CRP)的变化。结果临床及实验室指标ESR和CRP水平变化情况,治疗组疗效优于对照组,疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论半导体激光治疗仪联合欧莱凝胶治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效确切,在临床上容易操作、安全,不会造成患者不适,是较好的物理治疗方法。Objective To observe the curative effect of semiconductor laser therapy combined with compound aescine sodium for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 186 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into the treatment group（n=93）and the control group（n=93）.The treatment group was given the treatment of semiconductor laser therapy combined with compound aescine sodium.The control group was giv-en only semiconductor laser irradiation therapy.Morning stiffness time ,the number of joint tenderness ,swelling of the joints ,and the change of ESR and CRP were observed before and after treatment.Results After the treat-ment ,clinical and laboratory indexes evaluating curative effect in treatment group were obviously better than those of control group ,with statistically difference between them P〈 0.05）.Conclusion Semiconductor laser therapy combined with compound aescine sodium is effective and safe for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.This meth-od ,being easy to operate ,safe ,and not causing discomfort ,is a good physical therapy method.
