摘　　要：目的：对比分析吉林大学第二医院（以下简称“我院”）2011-2012年抗菌药物的应用情况,对照抗菌药物专项整治活动前后临床应用情况的变化,旨在了解我院采取的管理措施所取得的成效。方法统计2011-2012年我院抗菌药物品种数、销售金额及DDDs等数据,对每年抗菌药物各品种的DDDs进行排序,结合临床进行合理性分析。结果2012年较2011年抗菌药物品种数以及抗菌药物销售金额占药品销售总金额的构成比均明显下降,头孢菌素类、青霉素类、碳青霉烯类3类抗菌药物的用药金额及构成比连续两年排在前3位。注射用抗菌药物中头孢替唑的DDDs排在首位,2012年氨曲南、氟氯西林的DDDs排序跃升前10位。口服抗菌药物中大环内酯类抗菌药物DDDs占明显优势,抗真菌类药物DDDs偏高。结论开展抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动后,我院抗菌药物应用渐趋合理,但仍需进一步提高合理用药水平。Objective To comparatively analyze the application of antibacterial in the Second Hospital of Jilin University （“our hospital”for short） in 2011-2012, in order to understand the changes of drug utilization before and after the spe-cial rectification activities on clinical applications of antibacterial, and to intuitively reflects the effectiveness of man-agement measures taken in our hospital. Methods A clinical rational study was conducted for the statistical number of varieties of antimicrobials, consumption sum and DDDs in 2011-2012 with sorting all varieties of antimicrobials DDDs in each year. Results The number of varieties of antimicrobials and its proportion in the total drug consumption sum were significantly decreased in 2012 than over 2011. In 2011-2012 medication sum and proportions of the top three were Cephalosporins, Penicillins, Carbapenems antimicrobials. Ceftezole DDDs were in first place for the injectable an-timicrobial on two consecutive years. In 2012 Aztreonam, Flucloxacillin sort of DDDs jumped top 10. Oral macrolide antimicrobials DDDs accounted obvious advantages, the DDDs of antifungal antibacterial was high. Conclusion After the special rectification, the use of antibacterial in our hospital tends to be rational. But still need to further improve the rational use of antibacterial.
