摘　　要：以汽车零部件车桥厂后桥装配加工生产线的后桥总成试漏工位为研究对象,运用人机分析对其进行现状诊断与现场改善,并结合Flexsim仿真软件对改善之前和改善之后的生产情况进行了仿真分析,降低了装配线的停线率,提高了生产线的平衡性,从而提高了产能。the automotive axle factory rear axle assembly production line of the rear axle assembly leakage test station as the research object, using man-machine analysis of current diagnosis and field to improve it, and with the production situation of Flexsim simulation software to improve before and after improvement and simulation analysis, reduces the assembly line stop rate, improve the balance of production line, thus improving the productivity.
