摘 要:轮毂式永磁无刷直流电动机作为电动车驱动系统的关键部分应用日益广泛,然而其固有的齿槽转矩引起电机的振动和噪声,并影响低速性能。以外转子永磁无刷直流电机为研究对象,应用Ansoft/Maxwell2D软件进行设计分析,结果表明,选择分数槽绕组,合理选取极弧系数和极槽配合是抑制齿槽转矩比较有效、实用的方法。Permanent Magnet Brushless DC in-Wheel Motor are extensively used in Various the key element of the electric system. However, cogging torque of PM brushless DC motor may cause nosie and vibration,And affects the Low-speed performance . This paper analyzed designing wiring, based on outer-rotor PM brushless DC motor. Presents finite element analysis of air-gap magnetic field of PM brushless DC motor based on Maxwell 2D. The resuhs show that the cogging torque of PM brushless DC motor can be reduced effectively by choosing suitably fractional-slot winding and reasonable pole-arc coefficient, slot-pole combination.
