摘 要:通过对轮胎压路机的工作原理进行分析,得知轮胎压路机对铺层材料的静碾及揉搓效果是实现路面铺层材料压实度提高的根本原因。通过对轮胎压路机的行驶阻力进行分析计算可知,影响轮胎压路机压实效果的因素除了压路机自身的重力、轮胎的规格等参数外,还与铺层材料的弹塑性等特性有关,因此在施工过程中要选择合适吨位的轮胎式压路机,并对轮胎的充气压力进行适当的调整,才能充分发挥轮胎压路机的作业质量。Through the analysis of the working principle of pneumatic tyre roller, learned of tyre roller layer material static grinding and rubbing effect is to realize the pavement layer material the root cause of the compaction degree increase. Through the analysis of the pneumatic tyre roller driving resistance calculation, the factors influencing the pneumatic tyre roller compaction effect in addition to the roller parameters such as its own gravity, tire specifications, also related with the layer material of elastic-plastic features such as, therefore in the process of construction should choose appropriate tonnage tyred roller, and proper adjustment of the tire inflation pressure, to give full play to the pneumatic tyre roller operation quality.
