摘　　要："校馆合作"是高校体育改革的特色所在,是高校与武馆人才培养的必然选择,是传统武术传承与发展的必经之路。文章以佛山科学技术学院依托地方特色与武馆"校馆合作"的典型案例为基础,论述了学院与武馆合作人才培养模式内涵,对人才培养模式践行的理论依据及思路进行综合分析,同时提出了实施这一模式的四大版块,进而为高校的人才培养模式提供有价值的理论依据。＂ University-Training Center cooperation＂ is the characteristics of the reform of university＇s sports, is the inevitable choice of talent development of university and traditional wushu, is the only way of traditional Wushu and development. This paper, through analyzing Foshan University relying on local features and Wushu training center cooperation＂ typical case, discusses the connotation of college and Wushu training center cooperation talent development mode, the theoretical basis and a comprehensive ideas of the mode in talent development practice, and proposes four sections implementation of this model, and thus provides valuable theoretical basis for university talent development mode.
