摘　　要：健美操运动员选材涉及庞杂指标,且各指标间的权重关系难以明确。文章在参阅大量文献的基础上,借山东省第23届运动会(大学生组)之机进行调研访谈,通过AHP层次分析法并结合Excel实践计算分析,最终确定高水平运动员选材指标体系的1个一级指标、4个二级指标和17个三级指标,以期为我国高校健美操高水平运动队建设提供数据支持和理论支撑,同时此研究对于科学运动选材的实践操作也具有指导意义。~ Aerobics athletes selection involves complex indexes, and the weight relations between each index is difficult to clear. In refer to a large number of literatures and on the basis ot ~handong province zJtn games kcouege stuuents）, we interview coaches. Through the Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） and practical calculation and analysis in Excel, we finally determine the high level athletes selecting index system including 1 primary index, 4 secondary indexes and 17 tertiary indicators. This indicator system provides theoretical support for the aerobics high level sports teams construction in colleges and universities, at the same time also has guiding significance for the operation practice of scientific selection.
