瑞舒伐他汀对慢性心力衰竭患者血清中细胞因子浓度及心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨瑞舒伐他汀对慢性心力衰竭患者血清中细胞因子浓度及心功能的影响。方法选取荣成市人民医院2012年9月∽2013年11月收治的慢性心力衰竭患者86例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组各43例。所有患者均给予抗心力衰竭的常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用瑞舒伐他汀治疗,10 mg/次,1次/d。12周为1个疗程。1个疗程结束后评价疗效。结果治疗组治疗后肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白介素-6（IL-6）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）水平均较治疗前显著下降（P〈0.05）,且治疗组与对照组上述指标治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。与治疗前比较,治疗组左室收缩末期容积（LVESV）水平显著下降（P〈0.05）,左心室射血分数（LVEF）水平显著提高（P〈0.05）,且治疗组与对照组上述指标治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论瑞舒伐他汀治疗慢性心力衰竭能显著降低血清细胞因子水平,改善患者心功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of rosuvastatin for concentration of serum cytokines and cardiac function of patients with chronic cardiac failure. Methods 86 cases of patients with chronic cardiac failure admitted to Rongcheng People’s Hospital from September 2012 to November 2013 were selected and randomly divided into treat-ment group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.All patients were given conventional therapy for anti-heart-failure,on basis of which,the treatment group was added with rosuvastatin,once 10 mg,once a day,12 weeks were as a course.After one course,the efficacy was evaluated. Results The levels of TNF-α,IL-6,hs-CRP,TC,LDL-C after treat-ment in the treatment group were all decreased significantly compared with before treatment （P〈0.05）,and there were statistically significant differences of the levels of indexes above after treatment between treatment group and control group （P〈0.05）.Compared with before treatment,the level of LVESV after treatment in the treatment group was de-creased significantly （P〈0.05）,while the level of LVEF after treatment was increased significantly （P〈0.05）,and there were also statistically significant differences of the levels of indexes above after treatment between treatment group and control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rosuvastatin in the treatment of patients with chronic cardiac failure can signifi-cantly decrease the level of serum cytokines,improve patyients’ cardiac function,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
