生物反馈联合电刺激治疗产后盆底功能障碍性疾病的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨生物反馈联合电刺激治疗产后盆底功能障碍性疾病的临床效果。方法将180例产妇随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各90例。对照组给予阴道哑铃训练,实验组在对照组基础上加用生物反馈、电刺激。结果治疗后,两组的盆底肌强度都得到不同程度的恢复(P<0.05);实验组中Ⅱ、Ⅲ级患者数明显少于对照组,Ⅳ、Ⅴ级患者数明显多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盆底肌肉训练可以改善产后盆底肌力,有助于提高产后性生活质量,预防尿失禁及盆腔脏器脱垂等,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of biological feedback combined with electrical in the treatment of postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction disease. Methods 180 postpartum women were randomly divided into the experi-mental group and the control group,and there were 90 women in each group. The control group received vaginal dumb-bell training,and the experimental group further received biological feedback combined with electrical stimulation on the basis of the control group. Results After treatment,pelvic floor muscle strength of the two groups had different de-grees of recovery （P〈0.05）;the number ofII,Ⅲlevel in the experiment group were significantly fewer than that of the con-trol group,IV,V level in the experiment group were significantly more than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Pelvic floor muscle training helps improve the strength of pelvic floor muscle after delivery,improve the quality of sex life,and prevent urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
