摘　　要：区域经济发展阶段问题一直是国内外地理学家、经济学家以及政府管理者关注的热点，而工业化发展水平又是衡量一个地区经济发展水平的关键。本文依据相关经典的经济发展阶段理论和相关学者的研究结论，构建了乌鲁木齐市工业化发展水平评价体系，得出了乌鲁木齐市经济发展水平，处于工业化发展的后期前半阶段的结论。Regional economic development stage problem is always the focus of attention to geographers, economists, and government regulators at home and abroad. While the industrialization level is a key to measure the level of regional economic development. This article bases on some classic stage of economic development theory and some academic research conclusion that constructs the evaluation system of urumqi city＇s industrial development level. From this article, the urumqi city＇s economic development level is in the after the middle half stage of the industrial development level.
