摘  要:采用时域有限差分技术的数值模拟方法分析光子晶体复合点缺陷结构的响应特性,研究发现复合点缺陷缺陷模的品质因子比传统光子晶体点缺陷要高且受点缺陷尺寸的影响。分析还发现该复合结构的消光比与入射光的频率有关,此外还发现该结构的调制速率由缺陷模的品质因子决定,品质因子越大,调制速率越慢。该结论为设计THz波调制器提供重要依据。Numerical simulations based on the finite-difference time-domain technique are employed to analyze the response characteristics of compound photonic crystal point defect. It is found that the quality factor of compound point defect is higher than traditional photonic crystal point defects and affected by the size of point defect. The analysis also found that the extinction ratio of the compound structure is affected by the incident light frequency. What's more, the modulation rate of the structure is determined by the quality factor of the defect mode. The bigger the quality factor, the slower the modulation rate goes. The conclusion is might be used to the design of THz wave modulator.
