摘　　要：目的：研究小剂量丙泊酚静脉注射结合穴位按摩治疗顽固性呃逆的临床效果。方法选取恩施州民族医院2012年9月-2013年12月收治的90例各型顽固性呃逆患者，并将其随机分为三组，A组、B组和C组，A组接受小剂量丙泊酚静脉给药结合穴位按摩治疗，B组在接受小剂量丙泊酚静脉给药的同时采取假穴位按摩，C组在接受等剂量的生理盐水静脉注射的同时接受假穴位按摩。探讨小剂量丙泊酚静脉注射结合穴位按摩对各型顽固性呃逆患者的临床疗效。结果 A、B组的治愈率（83.3%、26.7%）及总有效率（100.0%、100.0%）均显著高于C组（3.3%、16.7%），差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。A组治愈率显著高于B组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论小剂量丙泊酚静脉注射结合穴位按摩治疗顽固性呃逆效果确切，治愈率高。Objective To research the clinical effect of small doses of Propofol by intravenous injection combined with acupressure treating intractable hiccup. Methods 90 patients with intractable hiccup admitted to the Nation Hospital of Enshi Autonomous Prefecture from September 2012 to December 2013 were collected and randomly divided into three groups, group A, group B and group C. Group A accepted therapy of small doses of Propofol by intravenous injection combined with acupressure, group B accepted therapy of small doses of Propofol by intravenous injection combined with false acupressure, group C accepted same doses of normal saline by intravenous injection combined with false acupressure. The clinical effect of small doses of Propofol by intravenous injection combined with acupressure for all kinds of intractable hiccup was investigated. Results The cured rate （83.3%, 26.7%） and total effective rate （100.0%, 100.0%） of group A and B were all higher than group C （3.3%, 16.7%）, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.01）. The cured rate of group A was higher than group B, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Con-clusion Small doses of Propofol by intravenous injection combined with acupressure treating intractable hiccup achieves a good effect, with high curative rate.
