精细化管理在骨外科手术患者安全管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨分析精细化管理在骨外科手术患者安全管理中的应用。方法将内蒙古医科大学第二附属2009年1月-2013年12月住院治疗的212例骨外科手术患者分为实验组（n=106）与对照组（n=106）。对负责实验组106人护理工作的护士，实施精细化护理安全管理；对负责对照组106人护理工作的护士，实施常规性护理安全管理。视患者愈后出院为出组标准，对住院期间两组患者的护理满意度、整体护理合格率进行综合比较。结果实验组患者护理满意率高于对照组，差异有高度统计学意义（91.51%比60.37%，P〈0.01）；实验组护士整体护理质量合格率达99.06%，整体护理质量评分为（97.52±8.43）分，显著高于对照组合格率、护理评分[93.40%，（82.87±7.61）分]，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论在骨外科手术患者安全管理中应用精细化管理切实提高了护士的护理质量，效果优于常规管理，患者及家属普遍反响良好，具有推广价值。Objective To explore the effect of meticulous management on nursing safety management for the patients with surgical operation. Methods 212 patients with surgical operation in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mon-golia Medical University from January 2009 to December 2013 were selected and divided into test and control group equally （106 cases in each） and randomly. The meticulous management on nursing safety management were implement-ed by nursers responsible for the patients in test group, while the conventional nursing safety management were imple-mented in control group. Satisfaction, pass rate of nursing quality assessment, nursing quality assessment in test group and control group patients were compared. Results There was significant difference between the test group and control group in nursing satisfaction rate （91.51% v s 60.37%, P〈 0.05）. The test group was more efficient than control group in the whole nursing quality qualified and the whole nursing quality score [99.06% vs 93.40%, （97.52±8.42） scores vs （82.87±7.61） scores, P〈0.05 or P〈0.01]. Conclusion Nursing safety management with meticulous management is su-perior in improving nursing quality to normal nursing safety management, with good responses, it has promotional value.
