摘　　要：通过介绍北京金鼎大厦机电设备用房的VRV空调设计，酒店的消防控制室、酒店厨房冷菜间等特殊温度房间VRV空调设计，更加灵活丰富了VRV的应用范围。Energy saving is one of the most considerable question. The main measure of the energy saving includes： choose the number of the boilers properly, control the combuster economically, reduce the temperature of the smoke, use the bypass control valve, control the variable frequency and speed of the circulating pump and make-up pump, improve the thermal isolation of the auxiliary appliance.
