摘  要:目的探讨早期营养支持对重症监护病房(ICU)床旁血液净化患者的疗效。方法 2010年1月至2013年1月,对发生重症监护病房行床旁血液净化患者进行早期营养支持组(A组)23例与常规营养支持组(B组)18例进行对比研究。结果在发病的第21天早期营养支持组血清总蛋白、白蛋白和血红蛋白水平较治疗前明显升高均比一般营养支持组高,早期营养支持组APACHEⅡ评分也明显低于一般营养支持组。结论NICU连续性血液净化患者,早期、足量营养支持治疗可改善危重患者的营养状况,改善预后。Objective To explore the effect of early enteral nutrition in the intensive care unit(ICU) patients with continuous blood purification treatment, Methods Fourty-one patients with continuous blood purification treatment were randomly divided into two groups: early enteral nutrition group(23 cases)and general nutrition group(18 cases)from JAN 2010 to JAN 2013. Results After 21 days therapy, the levels of serum total protein, serum albumin and hematoglobulin in early enteral nutrition group increased obviously than those before therapy or those in general nutrition group at same stagerespecti vely(P〈0.05). APCHE- Ⅱ scores were reduced in early enteral nutrition group than general nutrition group. Conclusion The early enteral nutrition support might improve the nutritional condition of critically ill patients, reduce the incidence rate of complication, and promote the prognosis, in the intensive care unit patients with continuous blood purification treatment.
