药品不良反应报告81例调查与分析

摘　　要：目的通过对药品不良反应事件的调查分析,提示大家重视药品不良反应报告和监测工作。方法根据《药品不良反应报告和监测管理办法》有关规定,对药品不良反应报告进行调查、分析、评价,确定合格报告,再结合药学、医学知识,对药品不良反应事件发生的科室、类型、药品类、药品频次等进行统计分析。结果有20个科室报告了不良反应事件,最多的有14例,最少1例;报告类型,一般78例,新的3例;药品以抗菌药物类居多,抗菌药物类占总药品的33.33%,中成药18.52%,心脑血管药16.05%,抗肿瘤药6.17%,解热镇痛药3.70%,造影药6.17%,其他类16.05%;西药和中药都以注射剂型为主,涉及药物品种49个;频次较多的达4次,分别是阿莫西林克拉维酸钾和左氧氟沙星。结论采取有效的用药安全措施,能够控制与降低用药风险,能够提高人们用药的安全性。Objective To investigate and analyse the adverse drug reaction events, prompt attention of ADR report and monitoring. Methods According to the relevant provisions of ＂management measures＂ adverse drug reaction reposing and monitoring, investigation, analysis, evaluation of adverse drug reaction reports, determine the qualifled report, combined with the pharmaceutical, medical knowledge, to carry on the statistical analysis of drug adverse reaction events department, type, medicines, drug frequency. Results There are 20 departments reported adverse events, with a maximum of 14 cases, at least 1 cases; report type, general in 78 cases, 3 cases of new antibacterial drugs; drug to class majority, antibacterial drugs 33.33%, accounted for 18.52% of Chinese patent drugs, cardiovascular drugs 16.05%, anti tumor drugs 6.17%, antipyretic and analgesic medicine 3.70%, contrast agent 6.17%, other 16.05%; western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine are mainly involved in drug injection, 49 varieties; more frequency up to 4 times, respectively, of amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium and levofloxacin. Conclusion Effective safety measures, to control and reduce risks, can improve the safety of people use.
