骨科复杂创面修复中负压封闭引流的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨骨科复杂创面修复中应用负压封闭引流技术的临床效果。方法收集我院2009年1月至2010年6月43例患者在骨科复杂创面修复治疗中应用负压封闭引流技术的临床资料,分析患者的治疗效果。结果所有43例患者的复杂创面均修复愈合良好,仅8例患者出现并发症,为引流通路堵塞5例,膜下发生积液者3例。结论骨科复杂创面修复中应用负压封闭引流技术取得了非常好的临床效果,通过负压的作用,更彻底的将创面的坏死组织和渗出液等引流出来,为创面的修复创造了良好的环境。Objective The complexity of wound repair in orthopedic applications VSD technology, clinical results. Methods Collected in our hospital from January 2009 to June 2010 43 cases of wound healing in the treatment of complex orthopedic application of VSD technology, clinical data, and its statistics and analysis. Result All 43 patients were repair of complex wounds healed well, only 8 patients had complications of drainage channels blocked in 5 cases, fluid film occurs in 3 patients. Conclusion Complex wound healing in orthopedic applications VSD technology has made a very good clinical results, the role of negative pressure, more thorough the wound of necrotic tissue and exudates such as drainage out of the wound repair to create a good environment.
