摘　　要：根据平时工作的积累,分析多学科联合会诊发挥的积极作用和存在的突出问题,提出为提高医疗质量,科主任应确实负起全科的医疗管理责任,医务人员需提高与患者或家属的沟通能力,确实提高多学科联合会诊内涵质量,规范书写多学科联合会诊记录,按普通急会诊的时限要求组织急诊多学科联合会诊。认为,多学科联合会诊在提高医疗质量、确保医疗安全方面将发挥越来越重要的作用。According to the usual accumulation of work,analyzes the positive effect and existing problems of multidisciplinary consultation.To improve the quality of medical treatment,the directors of department should really take full responsibility of medical management,medical staff should improve the ability of communication with patients or their family members,indeed improve the connotation quality of multidisciplinary consultation,standard writing multidisciplinary consultation records,the organization of emergency multidisciplinary consultation by ordinary urgent consultation time limit.Think,multidisciplinary consultation will play an increasingly important role to improve quality of care and ensure medical safety.
