2013年鹰潭市公众结核病防治5条核心信息知晓率的调查分析

摘　　要：目的：掌握全市公众结核病防治5条核心信息知晓率水平,为今后制订结核病防治健康促进策略提供数据支撑。方法采用系统分层随机抽样方法,对全市3个县（市）9个乡镇/街道的4723名城乡居民,采取入户面对面询问方式进行问卷调查。结果调查对象5条核心信息总知晓率为68.3%,12岁～年龄组、小学及以下文化水平、家政、家务及待业的知晓率偏低；调查对象中5条核心信息全部知晓率为17.1%,“免费政策”的知晓率最低,为51.0%,通过别人了解核心信息的占53.3%,乐于通过电视了解信息的占40.7%。结论动员全社会参与、多部门合作,针对不同人群开展重点突出、效果明显的结核病防治健康促进活动,并及时对宣传效果进行总结与评价。Objective To get known the levels of awareness rate of 5 core information on tuberculosis prevention and cure in the public in Yingtan city so as to provide data support for formulating health promotion strategy on tuberculosis prevention and control in future. Methods Adopting systematic stratified random sampling,four thousand seven hundred and twenty-three urban and rural residents from 9 villages/towns or streets,3 counties/prefecture-level cities were filled in questionnaire survey in the form of face-to-face inquiry by entering their homes. Results The total awareness rate of 5 core information by the respondents was 68.3%.The awareness rate in residents whose age group,educational levels of elementary school and below,housekeeping,household duties,and job-waiting was lower.The awareness rate of all 5 core information in respondents was 17.1%.The awareness rate of free charge policy was lowest,accounting for 51.0%.The core information known from other people and from television took 53.3% and 40.7% respectively. Conclusion It is necessary to call up social participation and multi-sector＇s cooperation,implement health promotion activities on tuberculosis prevention and control with key points standing out and remarkable effect aiming at different groups of people,and timely summarize and evaluate the effect of publicity.
