自制套筒在CO_2激光包皮环切术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨自制套筒在CO2激光包皮环切术中的应用效果。方法将660例行CO2激光包皮环切术的患者随机分为套筒组和对照组各330例。套筒组根据患者阴茎大小制作合适的套筒,将其套在阴茎上行CO2激光包皮环切术,对照组采用传统的激光包皮环切术。观察两组的手术时间、副损伤、切口愈合时间及术后并发症。结果两组手术时间、切口愈合时间、手术副损伤发生率、术后切口裂开发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后出血发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CO2激光包皮环切术中使用自制套筒,操作方法安全,手术时间短,副损伤少,伤口愈合好,成本低廉,疗效满意。Objective To explore the application effects of self-designed sleeve in CO2-laser circumcision. Methods 660 patients receiving CO2-laser circumcision were randomly allocated to sleeve group and control group,with 330 pa-tients in each group.Sleeves fitting the patients were designed according to patients’pennis size in the sleeve group,and the sleeves were put on the pennis to operate CO2-laser circumcision.Conventional laser circumcision was given to the control group.Surgical time,side injuries,incision recovery time and postoperative complications in the two groups were observed. Results The differences of surgical time,incision recovery time,surgical side injuries and incidence of postop-erative disruption of wounds between the two groups were significant （P〈0.05）,but the difference of incidence of postop-erative bleeding between the two groups was not significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Self-designed sleeve in CO2-laser circumcision has a safe procedure,short surgical time,minor side injuries,favorable incision recovery,a low cost and a satisfactory curative effect.
