腹腔镜骶韧带高位悬吊术在子宫脱垂中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜骶韧带高位悬吊术在子宫脱垂治疗中的应用效果。方法选择本院收治的20例子宫脱垂患者为研究对象,采用腹腔镜骶韧带高位悬吊术,评价患者术后生活质量。结果术后半年POP-Q各点的值与术前相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后6个月POPDI-6、PFDI-20、UDI-6和CARDI-8评分均较术前降低,PISQ-31评分较术前明显增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜骶韧带高位悬吊术治疗子宫脱垂创伤小,能够保持盆底支持结构完整,可明显改善患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate application effect of laparoscopic high uterosacral ligament suspension surgery in uterine prolapse. Methods 20 patients with uterine prolapse in our hospital were selected as research objects.All these participants were treated by laparoscopic high uterosacral ligament suspension surgery.The quality of life in patients was evaluated. Results There was statistical difference about the POP-Q value of each point after six months of opera-tion than before surgery（P〈0.05）.After six months of operation,the score about PFDI-20,POPDI-6,CARDI-8 and UDI-6 was significantly lower than that before surgery respectively,PISQ-31 score was significantly higher than that before surgery,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion High uterosacral ligament suspension surgery in the treatment of uterine prolapse with little trauma,can maintain the integrity of pelvic supporting structure,and can significantly improve the quality of life.
