摘　　要：目的：探讨妇炎康对慢性盆腔炎患者血清TNF-α、IL-1β、转化生长因子-β1（TGF-β1）、IL-8表达水平的影响。方法选取本院2011年9月~2013年9月收治的慢性盆腔炎患者200例，将其随机分为两组，每组各100例。对照组给予常规抗生素治疗，观察组在对照组基础给予妇炎康治疗。观察两组的治疗效果和血清炎症因子变化情况，并进行比较。结果治疗后，观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）；观察组临床症状和体征的改善情况显著优于对照组（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）；两组的血清炎症因子水平均出现明显变化，但观察组的变化幅度较对照组更明显（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论妇炎康会对慢性盆腔炎患者血清TNF-α、IL-1β、TGF-β1、IL-8的表达水平产生较大的影响。Objective To explore the influence of Fuyankang on the expression level of serum serum TNF-α, IL-1β, transforming growth factor-β1 （TGF-β1）,IL-8 in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory. Methods 200 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory in our hospital from September 2011 to September 2013 were selected and they were ran-domly divided into the two groups.The control was given routine antibiotic treatment and the observation group was giv-en Fuyankang treatment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect and the changes of serum inflammatory factors of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After treatmet,The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）;the improvement of clinical symptoms and physi-cal signs in the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）;the level of serum inflammatory factors in the two groups showed significant change after treatment,but the extent of the observation group was obviouser than the control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Conclusion Fuyankang has greater effect on expression level of serum TNF-α,IL-1β,TGF-β1 and IL-8 in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory.
