自拟中药方剂延玉合剂治疗老年稳定劳力型心绞痛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的：分析研究自拟中药方剂延玉合剂治疗老年稳定劳力型心绞痛的效果及安全性。方法选择2010年8月~2014年2月本院收治的36例老年稳定劳力型心绞痛患者为研究对象，随机分为两组。对照组采用常规抗心绞痛治疗，实验组患者给予抗心绞痛联合中药延玉合剂治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者的总有效为94.44%，明显优于对照组（66.67%），差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；实验组患者的运动持续时间长于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论自拟中药方剂延玉合剂治疗老年稳定劳力型心绞痛的效果较好，值得应用。Objective To analyze and study the effect and safety of self-made Chinese medicinal formula Yanyu mix-ture on treating elderly stable exertional angina. Methods Thirty-six elderly patients with stable exertional angina from August 2010 to February 2014 admitted into our hospital were selected as research objects and evenly divided into two groups in random.In control group,conventional antianginal treatment was applied,while in experimental group, combin-ing therapy of anti-angina and Chinese medicinal formula Yanyu mixture was provided.The therapeutic effect in the two groups was compared. Results In the experimental group,the total effective rate was 94.44% superior to that in the control group （66.67%） with a statistical difference （P〈0.05）.In the experimental group,time of duration was longer than that in the control group with a statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Application of self-made Chinese medicinal formula Yanyu mixture on treating elderly patients with stable exertional angina can obtain a favorable effect,which is worthy of expansion.
