摘　　要：免疫共沉淀技术是研究蛋白质.蛋白质之间相互作用的重要方法之一,可以确定在生理状态下细胞内相互作用的蛋白质。在蛋白复合物的研究中,不仅可以用于验证其存在,还可以发现新的蛋白复合物。近来,中医药科研工作者应用此技术来揭示中医药的作用机制,取得了一些成绩。就近几年免疫共沉淀技术的应用研究做文献综述。Co-immunoprecipitation technique is an important method to study interaction between protein-protein, which can be used to determine the interacting proteins in the intracellular physiological states. In the study of protein-protein complexes, it not only can be used to verify its existence, also can be used to find the new complex. Recently, researchers of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） have utilized this technology to reveal the mechanism of TCM and made some achievements. This study reviewed applications of co-immunoprecipitation technique in recent years.
