多民族地区幼儿园区角游戏中的文化融合研究——以新疆阿克苏市为例

摘  要:新疆阿克苏市是多民族文化的聚集地,在幼儿园里汉族教师幼儿和各少数民族教师幼儿共同生活和学习。幼儿园一日生活以及游戏活动中存在着文化融合现象,表现为多民族地区幼儿园区角游戏中存在着语言融合、节日风俗习惯融合、游戏内容与形式融合等。研究发现幼儿园区角游戏存在着活动内容脱离少数民族儿童生活世界、活动目标窄化多元文化内涵、活动评价缺乏文化检视等问题,提出应重视民族幼儿生活世界、开发有实际教育意义的区角游戏以及避免单一评价观等建议。Aksu in Xinjiang is home to multi-ethnic culture, and in the kindergartens there teachers and kids of different ethnic groups live and learn together. Cultural integration exists in their daily life and games, such as the integration in languages, holidays, customs, game content and forms. The research found that the games were far from the life of the children of minority groups, game objectives narrower than the connotation of multi-culture, the evaluation of activities are not checked against the perspective of culture. Therefore, attention should be paid to life of children of minority groups, the development of instructive games, and the avoidance of a single evaluation.
