摘  要:液下喷射泡沫灭火方式比液上喷射方式更为安全可靠,具有优异灭火性能的压缩空气泡沫灭火技术具有液下喷射的潜在可行性。通过设计的模拟油罐试验装置,在5 L/(min·m2)的泡沫溶液供给强度下,对液下喷射氟蛋白泡沫穿过全汽油层灭火的效果进行了评估。结果表明,液下喷射压缩空气氟蛋白泡沫控制油罐火灾具有技术可行性和安全可靠性,控、灭火效果良好。为获得较低的泡沫含油率和较好的泡沫稳定覆盖层,液下喷射压缩空气氟蛋白泡沫的适宜发泡倍数为3-8。This paper attempts to present the results of our experimental study of the submerged jetcompressed air fluoroprotein foam by using a small stimulated oil tank (3.8 m3) filled with 93 # motor gasoline to assess the effects of the submerged jet fluoroprotein foam through the whole gasoline layer, for so far as we know, in fire pro tection of the oil tank area, foam submerged jetting tends to be an ef fective technology in extinguishing the fixed roof oil tank fire. It is al so safer than the liquid up foam jetting system. As an emerging tech nology, compressed air foam system enjoys excellent firefighting per formance as compared with the traditional aspirated foam, its solution supply intensity can be made as high as 5 L/(min· m2), which helps it find wide application in firefighting vehicles. In our experimental study, we have chosen the following parameters, such as 90% fire control time (The duration of 90% the fuel surface was covered with foam). We have also recorded the fire extinguishing time, the mixing ratio (the volume percentage of foam concentrate in foam solution) and the expansion rate, etc. The results of our experiments show that the submerged jetting compressed air fluoroprotein foam proves tech nically feasible and safe in extinguishing the oil tank fire. What is more, the extinguishing agent we have chosen in this system actually contains fluoro surfactants with oleophobic characteristics, such as fluoroprotein foam, the aqueous filmform foam and the filmforming fluoroprotein foam. To improve the extinguishing agent mixing radio, we have intentionally adopted the lower mixing radio, which helps to prolong the extinguishing time. Nevertheless, since the expansion and the blast is the key factor affecting the extinguishing efficiency, we have chosen the proper expansion rate to 3 8 times in hoping to ob tain the lower foam oily rate and stable foam cover layer, To verify the actual extinguishing effect by using the submerged jetting com pressed air fiuoroprotein foam, fuller rese
