摘  要:现有的环境空气质量评价模型均采用1996年国家发布的空气质量标准,与当前环境空气中污染物的种类、浓度有很大的差别。为此,根据GB 3095—2012《环境空气质量标准》,并参考HJ 633—2012《环境空气指数(AQI)技术规定(试行)》,设计了一种基于免疫粒子群优化算法的环境空气质量综合评价方法。该方法采用免疫粒子群算法优化大气污染损害公式的参数,并得到适用于O3、PM2.5等6种大气污染物的具有更强普适性的环境空气质量评价的污染损害指数公式及环境空气质量评价模型。采用该方法对东北某城市的大气质量进行了评价,并将评价结果与其他方法进行比较。结果表明,免疫粒子群优化算法全局优化性能好,收敛速度快,评价方法物理意义明确,具有较好的通用性。同时,由于模型中包含了近年来浓度急剧增加的PM2.5及O3两种污染物对空气质量的影响,评价结果更接近实际。The paper is aimed at presenting an innovated environ mental air quality assessment model. The reason for us to develop the given model is that the current assessment models of the environmen tal air quality have all adopted the ambient air quality standards is sued by State of Environmental Protection Administration of China in 1996, in which the kinds of the pollutants and their concentration limits settled were based on the standards of the day, which were in many ways different from the current situation. Different from the o riginal one, we have proposed a newly improved environmental airquality assessment model based on the immune particle swarm opti mization algorithm, in which the kinds, number and concentration limit of the air pollutants concerned have all been chosen from the ambient air quality standards issued currently by China Ministry of Environmental Protection. What is more, the optimized algorithm is qualified enough to embody the diversity of strategies based on the survival expectation values of the corresponding antibodies to be pro duced by the hybrid and variation in species. It is just on the said basis that we have introduced the idea of the particle swarm optimization to follow the global extremum when the antibodies are renewed. The reason why we have adopted the immune particle swarm optimization algorithm is that we want to optimize the parameters in the universal formula of the pollution harm index so as to propose an assessment model of environmental air quality which is derived to be made suit able for the six main pollutants including O3, PM2.5, etc. As a prac tical example, we have made an assessment of the air quality of a city in the northeast of China by using the method we have proposed inthis paper with the assessment results compared with some other methods. The testing and measuring results of this paper show that the said optimization algorithm adopted in this paper is advantageous than the other similar methods in its faster convergent speed and bet ter performance.
