摘 要:为从根本上解决传统直驱风机系统的机械摩擦问题以有效提高风能利用率,提出直驱风力发电机径向二自由度磁悬浮支承方案,即采用径向二自由度混合磁轴承和机械轴承共同支承直驱风力发电机,采用等效磁路法对该混合磁轴承进行数学建模,并利用有限元分析软件对其进行参数设计及机理分析。在此基础上,搭建直驱风力发电机径向二自由度磁悬浮支承系统的数控平台进行试验,试验结果证明该磁悬浮支承方案的正确性和合理性。To eliminate the mechanical friction of the conventional wind turbine bearing and to raise the utilization rate of wind energy, Maglev support scheme with radical two degree of freedom of direct drive wind generator was presented, radial two degrees of freedom hybrid magnetic bearing and mechanical bearing were used to realize maglev support of direct drive wind generator, the mathematical model of hybrid magnetic bearing was built with the equivalent magnetic circuit scheme, and finite element analysis software was used to design parameters and analyze the mechanism. On this basis, numerical control experiment platform of direct drive wind generator with maglev support system was built ; the test results prove that the maglev support scheme is correct and rational.
