摘  要:研究N/P比及Na NO3浓度对眼点拟微绿球藻生长密度和油脂含量的影响。设计4个不同N/P比(=1∶1,4∶1,16∶1,32∶1)和6个不同Na NO3浓度(0.025、0.075、0.225、0.450、0.900、1.350 g/L)。实验结果表明:N/P比及Na NO3浓度均对眼点拟微绿球藻的生长密度和油脂含量有很大影响。当Na NO3浓度为0.225 g/L,N/P比为4∶1时,其油脂含量和生物量最高,分别为41.20%和2.53 g/L。实验找到眼点拟微绿球藻高油脂含量和高生长密度的N/P比和Na NO3浓度的最佳结合点,为眼点拟微绿球藻能够用来生产生物柴油提供实验依据。The effects of N/P ratios and nitrogen concentration on the lipid content and growth density of N. oculata were studied. The N. oculata was cultivated under four different N/P ratios (N/P ratios=1: 1, 4: 1, 16: 1, 64: 1) and six different nitrogen concentrations level (0.025, 0.075, 0.225, 0.450, 0.900, 1.350 g/L). It was found that both of the lipid content and growth density was strongly influenced by the variation of test parameters. The lipid content grew to 41.20% and the growth density increased to 2.53 g/L when nitrogen concentration in the medium was 0.225 g/L, N/P ratio was 4: 1. The optimized balance between high lipid content and growing density of N. oculata was found by adjusting N/P ratio and nitrogen concentration, which would provide the experimental basis that N. oculata could be used to produce bio-diesel.
