香港与英美社会工作专业化模式比较研究

摘　　要：比较分析香港与英美的社会工作专业化模式,深入探讨香港与英美社会工作学科与服务的"专业性与权威性"、社会工作主导的"主体性与合法性"、社会工作发展的"动力性与持续性"等主要方面。通过系统的横向与纵向差异比较,对社会工作发生、发展的规律进行归纳和总结,凸显了香港与英美不同的社会工作专业化发展模式,即以社会工作者为主体、政府为主导、市场运作为机制的三者协调发展。香港社会工作专业化模式发展有更大的优势,更广阔的空间。Comparative analysis focuses on the professional modes of social works between Hong Kong and Great Britain ＆amp; America. Then the following aspects are discussed deeply,including the ＆quot;professional and authoritative＆quot; of social work subjects and services between Hong Kong and Great Britain ＆amp; America,the ＆quot;sub-jectivity and validity＆quot; led by social works,and the ＆quot;dynamic and persistence＆quot; of social work development. Through the systematic comparison of differences from horizontal and vertical angles,the laws of social work oc-currence and development are induced and summarized,giving prominence to the new professional development mode of social work in Hong Kong,namely,the coordinative development mode with social worker as the sub-jects,the government as the leading role and the market operation as the mechanism. It is believed that the pro-fessional mode of social work in Hong Kong has more advantages and wider space than others.
