摘　　要：随着档案数字化、信息化建设的逐步推进,档案管理系统已经广泛应用于各级各类档案部门。本文以日常工作中使用频率较高的纸介公文档案管理为例,介绍了开发的电子公文档案管理系统的设计过程和应用效果,该方案既简明,又实用。With the gradual promotion of digital archives and information construction, archives management system has been widely applied in all kinds of archives departments at all levels. Taking the frequently-used paper archives management as an example, the paper introduced the design process and application effect of this simple and practical electronic document management system.
