摘　　要：目前,高校图书馆聘用学生助理参与管理与流通已经是普遍现象,管好、用好学生助理已成为图书馆日常管理中的重要组成部分。本文从高校图书馆开展勤工助学活动的背景、意义、工作中存在的问题及解决方法等方面进行了分析与探讨。At present, hiring student assistant to participate in the management and circulation of university library has become common phenomenon. How to manage and use them well has also become an important part in library management. In this paper, the background and significance, the problems and solutions of the work-study program in university library were analyzed and discussed.
