摘　　要：委内瑞拉前总统、统一社会主义党前主席乌戈.拉斐尔.查韦斯,以实现"21世纪社会主义"为执政理想,是当今最具代表性的拉美领导人之一。其执政思想体系经历了15年时间的检验,在委内瑞拉及其他拉美国家中得到较普遍的认可。查韦斯虽然已经辞世,但查韦斯时代暂时不会终结,他的执政思想体系仍将对委内瑞拉和拉美地区产生较长时期的影响。Hugo Rafael Chavez, the former President of Venezuela and former Chairman of the United So-cialist Party of Venezuela is one of the outstanding representatives of the Latin American leaders. The con-cept of “21 st Century Socialism” had been advocated by Chavez for times as his dream of ruling ideolog-ical system. His ruling ideological system has stood the test of time for 15 years, which is widely recog-nized and supported by the people in Venezuela and other Latin American countries. Chavez has passed a-way, but it can be predicted that the Chavez’ s era will not end immediately. Chavez’ s ruling ideological system will influence Venezuela society as well as Latin American area in the next period of time.
