后大众化背景下加强西部重点建设高校科研项目经费管理的思考

摘　　要：文章分析了后大众化背景下西部重点建设高校的科学研究发展趋势,着重梳理了科研项目经费管理面临的主要问题,提出了加强科研项目经费管理的建议。This article analyzes the development trend of scientific research of the western key universities of China under the background of post-popularization, also it combs the major issues which presented in the scientific research of fund data management and finally puts forth suggestions for strengthen the Man-agement of Scientific Research Funds.
