“7s”在高校电工电子实验室中的柔性应用

摘　　要：介绍了"7s"管理的内涵、各要素间的关系及其作用,从改善两个"效率低下"、减少安全隐患、提高师资队伍素质三个方面,分析了当前高校电工电子实验室活用"7s"管理的必要性,最后提出了整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、安全、服务和素养七个要素在电工电子实验室中柔性应用的具体措施。实施"7s"管理,不仅可以提高实验室的工作效率,提升安全管理质量,更可以全面提高人员素质和实验室在高校人才培养中的作用,具有很高的推广价值。This paper introduces the connotation of ＂7s＂ management and the relation between its key elements and function of ＂7s＂. Then, we analyze the necessity of application of ＂7s＂ in electronic and electrical laboratories from three aspects, improving low efficiency in two aspects, reducing potential safety hazard and promoting the quality of teachers. Finally, we put forward concrete measures for the application of ＂7s＂ from Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Safe, Service, Shitsuke in electronic and electrical laboratories. The ＂7s＂ management can be flexibly applied to enhance efficiency, promote the safe mass and improve professionalism level.
