摘　　要：目的了解吉林市老年人群卫生服务需求状况及其影响因素,为提高老年人健康水平和生命质量提供依据,为合理配置卫生服务资源,优化卫生服务结构,完善社会保障系统提供科研依据。方法通过随机整群抽样的方法在吉林市所辖四个城区抽取样本,进行入户问卷调查,描述该研究对象的主要卫生服务需求项目,分析比较城区老年人群卫生服务需求在不同性别、学历、身体状况、家庭收入等之间分布情况及其影响因素。结果吉林市城区老年人卫生服务项目主要有健康体检、健康指导、家庭病房和康复指导。文化水平、参保情况均对老年人卫生服务需求产生影响,其中影响程度最为严重的因素是参保形式。结论吉林市老年人群的卫生服务需求高于一般人群,仍有许多影响因素制约,需不断完善。Objective Inorder to understand the elderly health service demand and its influencing factors , to provide the basis for improve the quality of the elderly health level and life and for the rational allocation of health resources .Methods Sample is ob-tained from the four urben area of Jilin city ,describe the main health service demand of the object of study , analysis and comparison urban elderly health service demand in different gender , education, family income, between distribution and its influencing fac-tors.Results Elderly health services mainly include physical examination , health guidance , etc.Impact on the healthy check-up obvious factor is the cultural leve and health guidance.Conclusion Jilin city elderly health services demand is higher than the gen-eral population , there are still many places need improvement.
