摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理服务在老年病房中的应用方法及效果。方法在老年病房中开展"优质护理服务示范工程"活动;实施责任制整体护理;建立全新的排班模式;公示并落实服务项目;实行护士分层管理,体现能级对应;建立健全绩效考核制度。结果病房管理有序,规范了护理执业行为,护患关系和谐,提高了患者满意度。结论开展"优质护理服务示范工程"活动,确保了医疗护理服务质量和安全,达到了患者满意、社会满意、政府满意的服务目标。Objective To investigate the method and effect of the application of high quality nursing care in geriatric ward. Methods In the geriatrics“ high quality nursing service demonstration project” activities ; Implementation of overall nursing respon- sibility system; Establish a new scheduling model; The public and to carry out the services; The nurse layered management, reflect corresponding level; To establish and perfect the system of performance appraisal. Results Ward management and orderly, stand- ardize the nursing practice, harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, improve patient satisfaction. Conclusion The activities of high quality nursing service demonstration project ensure the quality and safety, and health care services to patients sat- isfaction, social satisfaction, satisfaction of government service goals.
