摘　　要：实行党的代表大会代表任期制,能够有效延伸和拓展代表发挥作用的时间和空间,是完善党的代表大会制度的关键环节和重要内容。落实和健全党的代表大会代表任期制,应当从加强对代表的履职培训、履职保障和履职监督等方面进行。The tenure of the deputies of the party congress can effectively extend and expand the time and space while the deputies playing the role ,and either is the key and important content of perfecting the system of the party congress .The implement and improvement of the tenure of the deputies of the party congress should strengthen the training,protection and supervision on the deputies .
